Can't say enough positive things about Susan Novara and Put It In Place. In addition to her punctuality, excellent practical suggestions, and focus on repurposing items no longer needed, she is personable, caring, and sensitive to individual needs. She also works very hard - diving in to roll up her sleeves to get the work done. Her communication was excellent. Laid out her plan to make sure we agreed. Clear about her (very reasonable) fees. Let me know if anything was unusual. Never pushed too hard. Only did what we were comfortable with but still ensured we made progress on decluttering and organizing. Especially important because I live out of state and she was working with my elderly relative.
